Executive Position – Leadership Role Firm Administrator

In this executive position, the Firm Administrator provides direction in the daily business operations, human resource functions, financial management, communications, business development and marketing. Reporting to the Executive Committee, the Firm Administrator also participates in the development and execution of firm initiatives including strategic planning, succession planning, and policy development.

Qualified individuals will have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment and demonstrate good judgment, versatility, strong management and leadership skills as well as strong interpersonal, coaching and mentoring capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a business administration or related degree, with 5+ years of senior management experience preferably in a professional services firm.
