Wilkinson and QEDC to host CFIB luncheon
October 16, 2003
Wilkinson & Company is pleased to announce that, together with the Quinte Economic Development Commission (QEDC), we will be hosting a luncheon and presentation featuring guest speaker Garth Whyte, Executive Vice President, Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB). Garth will be discussing the outlook for small business under a potential Paul Martin led government.
The CFIB is the Nations pre-eminent voice for small business. In his current position, Garth oversees the CFIBs legislative and research functions from his base in Ottawa. As a senior spokesperson for the CFIB, he represents the views of small business to politicians, government, business and the media. As such, he is eminently qualified to provide unique insight into what small business can expect from a potentially Paul Martin led government.
Speaking for Wilkinson, Brian Kehoe, CA and Managing Partner said "Our firm is committed to providing information that is timely and valuable to our clients, and we are pleased to be able to join with QEDC to host this event".
More details will be announced as we move closer to the date of the event. In the meantime, please continue to visit this website for updates.
