Providing advice in the area of taxation is the primary focus for owner-manager clients. Providing advice to minimize or defer taxes, plan for retirement, and developing an estate plan are areas of concern for entrepreneurs. The relationships and trust built with clients is very satisfying. Setting goals with them and working towards achieving those goals is what our work is about.

Dan helps businesses at all stages, including start-up, operations and sale or succession planning. In addition to assisting other partners with taxation matters, Dan's clients are small and medium businesses in the manufacturing, wholesale, retail and service sectors.

As a member of the  Wilkinson Tax Group, Dan has completed the CICA In-depth Tax Course, attended numerous professional development courses in the area of income tax and GST, and subscribes to a number of tax journals and electronic publications.
